After her parents went abroad for a business trip, Sophia (Brittney Nashwell) was assigned to take care of her younger sister Abby (Yna Madison) who somehow possess a third eye. As a celebration on Halloween Day, Sophia brought her younger sister with her boyfriend Oliver (Hamilton Javier) into the city to go to the famous Hotel 666 who are known for being a tourist attraction due to its scary features. During their stay, Abby was possessed by a demonic spirit who have been roaming the hotel since 1866 the time it was built and now its up to Sophia to save her sister with the help of a group of people who are also trapped inside the hotel.
