The Emperor's Son is the story of Vincent (Levy Lazaro) son of the wealthiest man in Milli country and his life surrounding around other rich kids like him and how their family is connected to each other and how their lives are different from other kids.

- Sam Li as Xavier Dizon - son of Julio, the right hand man of Vincent's father. He is best friend of Vincent despite their difference in their life status.
- Eunice Hyland as Sarah Ocampo - the emotionless daughter of Noemi. She is the heir of 'Queen's Entertainment' one of the largest entertainment company in the country of Milli.

- Rina Joy Lantig as Sasha Mercado - the top student of class A, and the best friend of Kamille. She is the daughter of the director of Milli's Hospital, the largest hospital in the country of Milli.
- Olivia Rutherford as Shirley Alcantara - she is the heir of 'Rise and Fall' the largest furniture store in the country. Her love interest is Vincent and will be in a love triangle together with Kamille
