Hannah (Julia Venefsukja) is a kind-hearted and bratty heiress of the Legaspi family, due to her status people mostly called her "princess" but she really doesn't care about it. She is in love with Mateo (Tony del Valle) her childhood friend in the orphanage with Phoebe (Hannah Hyuga) who is later adopted by her family and became her sister. After deciding to study art in Italy, Hannah left the country for a year and went back.
After a year in Italy, Hannah went back to the country only to find out that Mateo and Phoebe is dating, being heartbroken Hannah got into a car accident and died. But since she still have some regrets going to heaven, Hannah was given a chance to live again. In order to live again Hannah must find a body that is suitable for her soul and is somewhat connected to her and find 2 people a male and a female that would love her and treasure whoever she may be.
After many days of searching for a body to live in, Hannah finally found a suitable body, the body of Diana (May Taniyama) a woman who is living in a sorrowful life because the death of her love ones leaving her behind. She later find out that Diana is actually her fraternal twin sister who is thought to be dead after a fire occurs in the hospital.
